“Things have been going great. Been working out a lot lately, trying to stay strong. Been rowing a lot, too. Met the guys over at the Adaptive Training Foundation a couple of weeks ago. They’re a great bunch. The boys have been growing like weeds and Emily is gearing up for our 3rd annual Firefighters Ball. But all that to say, I’ve been doing great.”
