PPCF recently launched its Emergency Relief Fund which will provide financial resources to non-profits and agencies including first responders currently assisting with the fires and evacuations, and to assist agencies that will be working with future recovery and restoration efforts.  “With homes already burning in the Black Forest area and a hot, dry summer ahead of us, as well as flooding danger in the Waldo Canyon burn area, we want to be prepared to support the organizations that help our neighbors recover from disaster,” said PPCF’s CEO, Michael Hannigan.

We spoke with PPCF program officer, Sara Barad, who confirmed that “100% of every donation will flow back into the relief and recovery effort.”
