Two years ago, we introduced you to Olivia E. She was just beginning her journey with her service dog, Larry. Since then, Larry has become far more than a service dog—he’s her constant companion, her helper, and her best friend.
“Olivia and Larry have bonded so well and their love for each other is incredible,” Olivia's mom, Erika, shared. For the first year and a half, Larry provided vital mobility support, helping keep Olivia steady as she walked. While Olivia now needs more hands-on assistance, Larry’s role has only grown in emotional depth.
“He still retrieves items for her,” Erika said, “but more importantly he is her best friend. Larry loves her unconditionally.”
