Although Ian lives with this disease every day of his life, "he still wakes up with a smile on his face and determination in his eyes. He teaches those around him compassion, patience, and unconditional love."
Ian raises awareness for Pitt Hopkins Awareness Day
October 1, 2015
Ian is one of less than 500 people worldwide who have been diagnosed with the ultra-rare disease, Pitt Hopkins Syndrome. Like many Pitt Hopkins kids, Ian suffers from seizures, breathing problems, severe developmental delays, and debilitating gastrointestinal issues.
Although Ian lives with this disease every day of his life, "he still wakes up with a smile on his face and determination in his eyes. He teaches those around him compassion, patience, and unconditional love."
