The holiday season brought its challenges for Isabella and her family, as Bella spent all of December at Boston Children’s Hospital. While being away from home during the holidays is never easy, the biggest gift of all is that Bella is now home and doing better.

After weeks in the hospital, getting back to special moments meant everything. This past weekend, Bella was able to enjoy a late Christmas treat... a Bad Bunny-themed brunch! She got to share the experience alongside her mama (Marlene), her grandma (Lala), and her aunt (Titi). The outing was made even sweeter as it marked their very first carpool adventure in the family’s new van, a joyful milestone and a reminder of how far she’s come.

As the new year begins, Bella’s family is filled with gratitude and hope. In Marlene’s words, they are praying for a healthy and “medically boring” 2026, and looking forward to many more happy memory-making moments together.
