DETROIT (WXYZ) - Dane Wittig, Tyler Wittig and Colin McConnell are riding bikes from downtown Detroit to Austin, Texas. The three men are raising awareness and money for three "underdog" charities: Chive Charities, a nonprofit that helps veterans and people with rare medical conditions, the Coalition of Dwarf Advocacy and Healing Vercammen Hearts, a group that benefits three young boys born with congenital heart defects.
The men refer to these organizations as "underdogs" because you don't hear that much about them, but they still need help...
