BALTIMORE —The kindness of strangers is lifting the spirits of an Annapolis woman who has been dealt one devastating blow after another, and since her story went viral last week, donations are shattering records.
"I have had the best stories and emails come my way," said Melissa Smith, who was reading and answering emails from around the world when 11 News caught up with her.
