We currently focus on supporting the following causes in the United States:
- Individuals with rare medical conditions
- Veterans & First Responders with medically related needs
- 501(c)3 Nonprofits that assist the aforementioned populations
Causes we generally do NOT support:
- Funeral costs
- Lost family income due to a disability or death in the family
- Any organization which is not a US 501(c)3 public charity
Please only apply if your cause is a relevant cause that Chive Charities supports as outlined above. We are currently working on our Canadian non-profit registration however, at this time only US Citizens and US Based charities may apply.

Unofficial fundraising events have no connection to Chive Charities. As such, we ask that you refrain from calling any fundraiser a “Chive Charities” event. If you wish to make a donation to Chive Charities, you may do so through one of our donation channels.

Please do not use Chive Charities logo and name in conjunction with anything that can be construed as negative or controversial: politics, drugs, crime, etc.
